1 odd tip to lose stomach fat:

Hey Guys!

Welcome back to Insane Home Fat Loss! In todays episode Sanela is going to show you guys a super effective routine that requires NO EQUIPMENT, can be done in the comfort of your own home, and will help you get the perfect beach body right in time for swimsuit season.

Heres how it works...

The routine consists of 3 exercises....

*Frog Jumps

- Similar to the jumping squats except you will be exploding forward instead of upwards. Make sure you keep your back straight, knees behind your toes, and bend your knees to help absorb the impact and prevent injury.

*Back Lunges

-Same idea as regular lunges except step backwards instead of forwards. As silly as this may sounds, these little variations to these exercises really prevents your body from ever hitting a plateau. Sanela shows how to add weight if you want the exercise to be a little bit more challenging, however you can definitely do them unweighted and they are still very effective.

*Side Crunches

Are a great oblique exercise. Simply lie flat on the ground and twist your lower body to one side. The crunch should be done as normal keep your shoulders flat to the ground at all times.

For best results do 3 rounds of each exercise with no rest in between sets. Here are the amount up reps you should do for each exercise.

Frog Jumps- 10 Reps

Back Lunges- 40 reps

Side crunches- 10 reps each side.
