Rachel Parent is a 13-year-old activist who believes we have the right to know what we are eating. In 2012, she founded the Kids Right to Know Walk to pressure our government to label genetically modified foods (GMOs). Kitchen Vignettes recently visited Rachel to find out more about what Rachel had to say and bake a delicious GMO-free honey-lemon polenta cake. Find the recipe at http://kitchenvignettes/blogspot.com and http://www.edibletoronto.com. To find out more about Rachel's work and Kids Right To Know, visit http://www.kidsrighttoknow.com/
