Devine Constructions - Hamilton Harbour Apartments Construction - Brisbane

Devine has recently built a residential and commercial apartment complex, Hamilton Harbour, located in Brisbane's inner-city. Devine's Hamilton Harbour is a $500 million mixed-use development, consisting of three residential towers and 659 apartments.

This project was a joint venture development between Leighton Properties and Devine Limited. Stages 1, 2 and 3 were completed well ahead of schedule, meaning earlier settlement, and lower costs. A total of 16 weeks was saved over the course of the program, which saved $8 million.

The Hamilton Harbour mixed-use developed won the 2012 Australian Institute of Building National Award for Residential Construction.
