Week of January 22nd

This week's featured exercise is the Farmer's Walk, working on total body conditioning and core strength

Step 1: Deadlift the weight up! This is very important - we don't want to throw out our backs before we even begin!
Step 2: Pull your shoulder blades down and back.
Step 3: Keep your neck tall through the whole walk.
