Allison Hagendorf is the Global Head of Rock at Spotify, a national television personality, a national radio host, music journalist, and voice actor, as well as a Certified Health Coach & Behavior Change Specialist.

She is the official host of the world's most famous New Year's Eve celebration, Times Square New Year's Eve, seen by more than a billion television viewers across the globe. Allison kicks off the six-hour celebration at 6 p.m. when she welcomes the nearly one million revelers attending the event in Times Square. She introduces the star of the show, the Times Square Ball and at the top of each hour, Hagendorf is joined by one of the television network hosts and other celebrities in Times Square to talk about their New Year's Eve experience, share their "Confetti Wish for the New Year," and leads the revelers in an hourly countdown as anticipation builds towards the midnight countdown and spectacular Ball Drop.

Allison is also the host of the newest primetime music competition show on The CW Network, "The Next: Fame Is At Your Doorstep." From executive producer and hiphop icon Queen Latifah & executive producer Dave Broome ("The Biggest Loser") the show goes on a nationwide search for undiscovered artists on the verge of stardom. It features superstar mentors: Grammy Award-nominated musician/actor Joe Jonas, Grammy Award-winning hiphop superstar Nelly, pop legend Gloria Estefan, and country star John Rich, who literally move into the contestants lives preparing them for their LIVE performance in front of America.

She also hosts numerous shows on Fuse TV including "Top 20 Countdown," "Backstage at the Z100 Jingle Ball," and "Grammys Live," where she is the go-to source for pop culture and the latest music from today's biggest recording artists. Allison interviews both emerging and established artists including Eminem, Justin Bieber, Nas, Kings Of Leon, Akon, Green Day, Big Boi, Drake, One Republic, Ice Cube, Florence And The Machine, Chris Cornell, and Kenny Rogers. Additionally, she reports on music news and travels with Fuse across the country covering national music festivals such as Bonnaroo, Warped Tour, SXSW Music Festival, and Lollapalooza.

Recently, Allison has partnered with AOL to create the original music travel series, "Signature Sounds with Allison Hagendorf." Allison travels to various cities in search of their "signature sound", showcasing the past and present music scenes.

In addition to music, Allison is the host of "Cosmo For Guys" on CosmoRadio, the national radio station from Cosmopolitan magazine on SiriusXM. On her live talk show, Allison guides guys on everything they need to know about women, straight from the source.

As a branded-content producer, Allison integrates music by creating online series for major lifestyle brands, such as Steve Madden and Maxim. Allison hosts and emcees Steve Madden events, interviews featured artists, and produces the online branded-content series "Steve Madden Music," which also plays in Steve Madden retail locations around the globe. Allison has conducted interviews and has hosted intimate live performances in select Steve Madden retail stores with artists including Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Karmin, Jason Derulo, Melanie Fiona, Jazmine Sullivan, Never Shout Never, and Neon Trees. For Maxim, Allison has contributed the weekly music blog "Sound Advice from Allison Hagendorf" which served as an artist-discovery resource for music fans.

An established voiceover artist, Allison has served as the voice of the Oxygen Network, as well as the voice of national TV commercials for major consumer brands including Jergens Naturals, Gillette, and Verizon. She has also provided the promo voice for the MTV shows, The Real World, Teen Mom, 16 and Pregnant, The MTV Video Music Awards, and the MTV Movie Awards.

Allison began her career in A&R at SonyBMG for both Columbia Records and Epic Records. At Columbia, she worked alongside former MTV VJ and music pundit, Matt Pinfield, where she oversaw the coordination of a dozen albums for artists such as David Bowie, Cypress Hill, Coheed and Cambria, and Kenna. After Columbia Records, Allison became A&R Manager for Epic Records in New York City. At Epic, she recruited new talent globally, and oversaw the album production for metal band, Lamb of God, whose single "Redneck" received a Grammy nomination for "Best Metal Performance."

At Epic Records, Allison also discovered, signed, and developed Florida singer/songwriter Juliet Simms and oversaw Juliet's transition from solo artist to front-woman as she formed the band, Automatic Loveletter. Most recently, Juliet came in second place on NBC's "The Voice," as part of Team Cee Lo, who is now managing Juliet and her upcoming album release on Universal Republic.
