Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa urges Congress to give final passage to his legislation banning the type of synthetic drugs that led to the death of 18-year-old Iowan David Rozga. Congress is considering a ban of the chemicals used to make several categories of synthetic drugs, including "Spice" and bath salts, as part of the Food and Drug Administration user fee bill.
