This presentation highlights findings around the world showing the potential of Mother-Tongue Based Multilingual Education (MTB-MLE) to achieve Education for All and the Millennium Development Goals, including ethnolinguistic minority children. It was given by Jessica Ball of the University of Victoria at the 2014 Global Summit on Childhood in Vancouver, B.C., Canada.
