3 garlic cloves
1 medium carrot
1/2 red capsicum (use any color)
1 medium cucumber
1 onion
handful of palak leaves
1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
1 tsp virgin coconut oil
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp chilli flakes or as needed
1/4 tsp black pepper powder

Pomegranate MilkShake:
1 medium pomegranate
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1 cup ice cubes
1 1/2 tsp basil seeds (sabja)
Water as needed to cover the basil seeds

Oil Free Corn Sandwich:
1 green chilli
4 sahllots
4 garlic cloves
1 small handful of fresh coriander leaves
2 tbsp boiled sweet corn
1/3 tsp pink himalayan salt
1/4 tsp roasted jeera/cumin seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 lemon
1/2 chopped carrot
1/2 chopped capsicum
4 slices of bread
