Fran Seegull discusses some of the emerging ways to effectively deploy capital by empowering the growing sector of social entrepreneurship. Fran is the Managing Director of Investments at ImpactAssets (http://www.impactassets.org) where she leads investment management and product development. She also serves as Senior Fellow at the Society and Business Lab at USC's Marshall School of Business.
