After two weeks using the HTC Thunderbolt, here's my review of Verizon's first 4G LTE smartphone. It is blazing fast. In NYC I get about 15Mbps download and 3Mbps upload. It's not perfect though. The size and its battery life could turn off some people. Is the Thunderbolt perfect for you? Find out...
The HTC Thunderbolt features a 4.3-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen, 8MP camera, dual-LED flash, a 720p HD camcorder, built-in DLNA, kickstand, 1GHz Snapdragon, 768MB RAM, and 32GB microSD card included. The 4G network is fast if your city is covered. The hotspot on the Thunderbolt lets you share that speed with 5 devices.
HTC Thunderbolt runs on Android 2.2 with HTC Sense. There's a lot of cool widgets and skins from HTC you might like to utilize. The Thunderbolt is available now for $199 with a new contract or $599 without signing your life away for the next 2 years.
