Part 2 - Bowling Green State University students Jackie Giammara and Bliss Davis host this look inside BGSUs School of Art, one of the premiere arts programs in the nation. Director Katerina Ray provides an overview of the fourth-annual Arts Extravaganza, to be held in the Dorothy Uber Bryan Art Gallery on Friday, December 5 from 6 -10 p.m. Associate Professor John Balistreri talks about the Schools 3-D Division, including ceramics, sculpture, glass blowing, metals, fiber arts, and digital arts. Assistant Professor Nina Assimakopoulos, from BGSUs College of Musical Arts, highlights the types of musical performances people visiting the Arts Extravaganza can expect to see. Akiko Kawano Jones, co-director of BGSUs Asian Studies Program, talks about the Japanese Tea Ceremony in The Hiroko Nakamoto Gallery, adjacent to the Bryan Gallery.
