Mary Lou McDonald asks the Tánaiste if he will reconsider the reclassifying of Down's Syndrome as a low-incidence disability which will allow those affected to qualify for resource teaching hours. It effects no more than 20 or 30 children each year and the issue of esource teaching allocation could be easily resolved by adding Down's Syndrome to the list of low incidence disabilities
