Thick, nutrient rich grass, from seed to harvest in just 7 days -- unbelievable? Or possibly that is until now. Welcome to Global Fodder Solutions - a revolutionary way to grow and cultivate highly nutritious grass which is suitable for feeding to any ruminating animal.
This process has taken over 15 years of research and development and now Global Fodder Solutions has produced a complete fodder grown system that will help any farmer, anywhere.
Using any type of high quality feed grain Global Fodder system machines have the capability of producing anywhere between 250 kg and 10T of feed or more each and every day.
Our machines provide a totally controlled environment to handle the climate, look after water, airflow, humidity, temperature and light; and to control all of these factors to extremely fine limits.
Each day fully grown trays of grass are removed from the machine and fed out for stock use. These trays are replaced by new trays of soaked grain which results in a continuing growing process which delivers fodder on a daily basis. By speed growing of barley fodder and the global fodder systems machines we wind up with a highly nutritious animal fodder. This consists of the young plant matter, the seed bed from which the plant has grown, and a highly nutritious milky white root matter. When fed to animals we find that we have magnified the weight of the dry matter by a factor of 10 and digestibility ratio increases from 20% up to 80%.
The nutritious feed which is produced from our machines has the potential to halve feed costs. Why go to the expensive purchasing and storing expensive imported fodder product when you can now grow it when and where you need it and have on hand to use every day.
If your animals eat grass then our systems will provide nutritious cost effective alternative to other forms of feed.
Now feeding your stock has got a whole lot easier. We make machines to suit almost any feed requirements.
