Is video mein ham aapko un details ke bare mein batayenge jo aapko apne consumer complaint mein daalni chahiye. 1) Introduction- Iske andar aapko apne aur us company jiske against aapki complaint hai ki details daalni padengi jaise ki naam, pata etc. 2) Transaction Details- Isme aapko apne transaction ke bare mein kuch details daalni padengi jaiseki aapne kya khareeda, kahan khareeda aurkitne me khareeda? 3) Grievance- Isme aapko apni problem ke bare mein batana padega jaise ki jo aapne khareeda hai kya usme koi defect hai ya kya vo damage ho chukka hai ya phir jis dukaandaar se aapne khareeda ,kya usne koi unfair trade practice ki hai?4) Evidence- Isme aapko apne purchase ke saare documents dene padenge jaise bill, cash memo, warranty card etc. 5) Relief- aakhri mein aapko ye batana padega ki aapko relief kaunsa chahiye jaise agar aapka koi damaged product ho aur aap ko uski replacement karani ho ya agar aapko koi personal damage hua ho aur aap uske liye compensation chahte hain.
