New Herbalife 24Fit Workout - The Smarter Way To Workout

This 24-week workout program, with 3 different phases of 8 weeks each, is led by top fitness experts and was developed by the renowned physical therapist and performance specialist Robert Forster.

The 12 Workout DVDs are hosted by Tom Holland and Samantha Clayton.

Why is 24fit better than other workout programmes?

- gradually increases in intensity so you dont workour harder you workout smarter, what is called periodisation training

- addresses common vulnerabilities of the human body regardless of age or previous activity level.

- trains your body to burn fat instead of carbs.

Why Strength Training?

The key to sustainable weight loss (as opposed to the "yoyo" weight loss and weight gain of trendy weight loss fads) is a high resting metabolic rate. Your resting metabolic rate, or the calories you burn throughout every minute of the day, is much more important for weight management than the calories you burn while exercising.

Why step up your Strength Training as you age?

"By your mid-30s, most people still look young, but are already experiencing the BIG Three of aging: deteriorating lean muscle mass, worsening posture, and crumbling joints" say Robert Forster, Physical Therapist and PT.

Many people say that, as they age, they eat and exercise the same amount but still gain weight. One of the main causes of this is loss of muscle mass. The more muscle mass you have, the more calories you burn. Strength training preserves and even increases muscle mass, keeping metabolism at a high level.

Step up your strength training, that is 3 times a weeks for 30 minutes.

Nutrition + Cardio + Strength Training + = Results.
