had a small window for training today and so I decided that I might as well make it worth it. I feel like it was
Deads no belt 135x3 225x2 315x2 405x1 495x1 615x4 this beats Sundays number by 10 lbs and 3 reps, I'm on the way back!
bench focusing on strict reps with long pauses, might be looking into a usapl meet sometime in the next year

All in all a phenomenal day, the numbers are slowly starting to come back and the pain from the spinal problems is decreasing. I have been trying to gauge my progress to plan my next competition schedule, but I'm still figuring out where I think my squat will be. I'll try to get a video update soon to go into my plans and how I anticipate this comeback process panning out
