Star Parker, founder & president of Coalition on Urban Renewal & Education, spoke at the Family Research Council Values Voter Summit on Sept 12, 2008. She touched on almost all issues important to every Conservative voter: 1. freedom of religion 2. evils of socialism (wealth redistribution) 3. protection of the unborn 4. school choice 5. traditional values She spoke with fervor and conviction, and invoked the Declaration of Independennce as the basis of her reasoning. Note: I missed the initial minute of her speech. She was denouncing the mainstream media's lampooning of GOP Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin's attendance of a church that teaches speaking in tongues. That would explain the first 2 lines you hear in this video.
