Ingredients! 1 cup fine semolina, 1 cup white sugar, 1 cup full cream yogurt, 1 cup crushed coconut, ¾ cup olive oil/ any cooking oil and ½ cup full cream powder milk.
Little butter, 1 tbs plain flour,1-2tbs lemon juice, 1 egg, 3tbs full white sugar, green cardamoms 3, ½ ts baking powder.
Keep this in fan forced oven at 180 degree takes 40-45 mins. Each oven is different so keep an eye, when its golden brown from up then its ready. This recipe is easy, nice and healthy, it has unique flavour.
