MiVivienda Philippines, one of the country's biggest property developer, has launched a new website www.myhelpinghome.com. It features a clear and user-friendly interface, lots of visual content, and a spring of information for homebuyers.

The new portal also contains the company's flagship projects in Cavite—Bellefort Estate in Molino and Lancaster Estate in Imus.

"This online presence will give visitors not just information that they will find valuable, it will also allow them to take a virtual tour inside our latest projects in Cavite," shares Piks Pascual, President and founder of Mivivienda Philippines.

The portal provides access to information like floor plans, house features, finishes and amenities. A gallery is also provided to give a quick peek into each property. A unique feature includes "open house" a virtual tour inside Bellefort Estate and Lancaster Estate. Soon, the site will also provide a map search feature, that will allow clients to view the progress of properties they bought.

Visitors are also introduced to Mivivienda Philippines corporate identity. The section provides visitors with corporate news, history and its mission.

"Visitors will also have instant access to our sales team via text messaging, facebook account, business lines and the websites's message box to facilitate buying process or simply answer questions" added Sir Piks .

A blog is also being developed according to Sir Piks to live up to their domain name, www.myhelpinghome.com. The blog will focus on the needs of buyers to be able to help them make intelligent decisions on purchasing homes. It will also provide tips and trivia on home and living.

The web presence is expected to increase the company's market share not just in the Philippines but also globally.
