Ok so to give you an idea why I am doing this video

I have to take you on a little trip back to my beginning into guitar

At age 12 I started playing guitar my dad bought be a 6-string acoustic electric takamine guitar had it for about 5-6years and grew out of it eventually found Breedlove Guitars and in 1995 bought a C5 Northwest (Spruce & Mertle Wood) and I still have it today before I settled on the C5 I played many taylors, martins, gibsons, fenders, even collings, goodall, everett, etc many that were 10K+ in cost and to me the C5 I have outplayed and outperformed them all.
I never miss a chance to get my hands on a new guitar but 2 years ago I started searching for the guitar that could replace my breedlove I looked at many things, but more or less I was interested in guitar makers that were INVOVATIVE in design and construction which subsequently lead me to McPherson guitars I actually discovered them on YOUTUBE =)

I went to their website, read their reviews, and spent a LOT of time listening to all the good quality recordings I could find of them finally I found a dealer that was close to me and decided to go check them out honestly I was NOT planning on purchasing one but when I found my MG-4.5 Redwood / Stripped Macassar Ebony I was SOLD! FINALLY I FOUND THE GUITAR TO REPLACE MY BREEDLOVE! (never could actually GET rid of the breedlove though love it too much =)

So its been 2 years and I have decided to just check around for other new innovative guitar builders and guess what? Found Batson Guitars on YOUTUBE! Via eBay see I had a favorite search out on ebay for McPherson Guitars, and found a guy that was getting rid of his McPherson cause he recently commissioned a custom guitar from Batson Guitars so after talking to him for a while (naggin the heck out of him) he finally convinced me to just get ahold of the Batson Brothers and he said they would work with me so for the past several weeks I have been listening to every good clip I could of Batsons, talking with Grant, and he finally told me of their DEMO PROGRAM. Basically for $300 they would express ship out a demo guitar for you to play the fool out of it for 3 days and get to know what they were all about. If you liked it and ordered a guitar, the $300 goes toward your purchase if not, hey you got to DEMO one hell of a guitar for 3 days and give it a REAL life test! (I will include links to their demo program info in the video)

Well Grant & Cory have been GREAT to work with I hope to be demo-ing several guitars of theirs and hopefully posting more DEMO videos in the near future so be sure to RATE and SUBSCRIBE!
