Hmmmmm dont much like this shooting from the hip idea... wheres the Art? 
If I¡ll go out to make street photography, I will certainly don't take photos like you do in this video. Man, just try to be honest and have the guts to make photos of people without acting like a spy. Prepare your gear and just take photos in some seconds. In the case they will advice you just move, you must respect the privacy of the people. Be honest with what you do.
