Amy's Classic garlic hummus

In a large food processor, finely chop 3-4 peeled cloves of garlic
Add two 15 oz cans of drained cooked garbanzo beans
Add 1/3 cup of tahini. Make sure tahini is thoroughly mixed in jar before adding
Blend first three ingredients together until you have a coarse mixture
Add 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil as food processor is blending. You can always add more liquid, but you can't take it away
Add ¼ cup of lemon juice as food processor is blending.
Add 1-1 ½ teaspoons of ground cumin
Add 1 teaspoon of kosher salt
Blend until desired consistency is achieved
Transfer to serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with cumin and/or parsley
Enjoy!

For spicy hummus, add 1 & 1/2 teaspoons of smoked paprika and blend
For spicy artichoke hummus, add 3-4 marinated artichoke hearts and blend
