And the benefits right here is being able to get back on a five step drop faster strengthening your legs so that when you do push back you don?t get tired and your able to land on your back foot and __. Specific points of making sure that you get all the way back on each step, you get full maximum stride distance. And then also you push all for that front foot as hard as you can to get that distant.""
