Foosball Chandelier
By Joe Powell

The Foosball Chandelier idea was inspired by a Chicago restaurant. Their walls were decorated with foosball men. When I saw I could get a whole set of them at the SWAP sale, I pounced. Originally planning on creating a hanging wall decoration, I realized that our apartment needed a classy touch. The chandelier idea was born.

It was not an easy creation. The tube was unruly and didn't like to be formed. The men also did not fit on the tube at first so needed to be drilled. Finally, the idea was to have the lights strung inside the tube. We tried for 3 hours to get this to work, broke an entire set of lights and ripped the another before we called it quits. I plan on purchasing rope lights later on to feed through it, but we didn't have them at the time.

I couldn't have done this without all of my friends' help. Thanks again.
