did a gym session this morning pretty half arsed, but liked 3 rep challenges and the UFB-2 workout as it got a good sweat up. eating during the day got me pumped again and i decided late on to go back to the gym and test out my rowing on my 1 and 3 minute challenges, and i destroyed both of the PBs i had
