As children, weren't we always taught not to care what people thought about us? Well, according the The Wall Street Journal, our parents were wrong. Likable people are "more apt to be hired, get help at work, get useful information from others and have mistakes forgiven." This all sounds great, but what if you're not very likable to begin with... can you learn it?
