"You are descended from the Medenham witches, there's nothing you can do."

"I keep doing things with my mind, I can't control it..."

Don't miss movie star MICHAEL FASSBENDER (X-Men: First Class, Shame, Prometheus) in a special encore presentation of spooky series HEX as it joins Supernatural Saturday *** Saturday October 6 at 10/9c *** Only on BBC America

At this school, physics are unexplainable, history is unavoidable, and biology is unidentifiable. And as for physical education - well, it's extracurricular.

A shy social outcast, Cassie Hughes (CHRISTINA COLE, Casino Royale, Doctor Who) desperately wants to fit in at her cliquish English boarding school, Medenham Hall - but is only loved by her lesbian roommate and best friend Thelma (JEMIMA ROOPER, One Man Two Guvnors, Kinky Boots).

While stopping for a cigarette in one of the old buildings on campus, Cassie's future is forever altered when she unearths some hidden ancient artifacts - which leave her cursed with supernatural powers with a terrifying link to the past, and bewildered and terrified by the visions and voices that begin haunting her.

However, Cassie's tragic fate is sealed by the appearance of Azazeal (MICHAEL FASSBENDER), the leader of the Nephelim - fallen angels who were banished from heaven for tasting the pleasures of mortal women, and who kidnaps Thelma in order to get to the one human sacrifice he's really after...Cassie.

Soon, Cassie embarks on the ultimate journey of discovery as the man she should fear most finds a way into her heart and places her on a collision course with tragedy.
