He was all alone on the tube on his way to a nationalist meeting when a mob of 50 AFA thugs, who as the video will show were armed with knuckle dusters and tear gas grenades to use against the nationalist meeting, boarded the tube train he was on. He wasnt looking for trouble - they were, and they got it. These were armed Red terrorists, and he was a lone nationalist. Even though there were over 50 of the AFA thugs they still tried time after time to attack Josue, and time after time he held his own against them all. Those that go looking for trouble, should not whine when they get it. If you set out to hunt down and attack people, then you should expect people to defend themselves.

11. новембра 2007. Хозеа је у метроу напала хорда разуларених анархо-комуниста, решених да га тешко повреде или убију. Хозе није оклевао и храбро се супротставио анти-шпанском олошу, при чему је двојицу ранио ножем, а остатак банде се распршио, иако је бројао преко 50 људи. Објица повређених нападача су преминула, а Хозе Естабанез је неправедно осуђен на 29 година робије. Чак и да је прекорачио границе нужне одбране (а не чини се тако), суд му као олакшавајућу околност није уважио чињеницу да је нападнут, већ га је третирао као безобзирног нападача. А зар је одбрана сопственог живота кривично дело?
