Errol: Hi, I'm Errol Douglas. I'm a hairdresser. We're based in the heart of Knightsbridge and we train our staff to know how to do every hair type and we work very closely with Viviscal, being a premier salon.

Some of our ladies have been experiencing hair loss through trauma, stress, post-pregnancy and age. I'm here today to give them advice, a little bit of confidence and some good styling tips to take away.

I can tell there's a lot of new growth, so that's good. The supplements are working, but one of the things I've noticed is, your hair as it's a bob, some people tend to think the hair's going to look thicker but if your hair is finer, what happens it tends to make your hair look like a vapour so what you really need to do is define it a little bit. I think you need some internal layers and that will definitely give your hair a bit more shape.

Blow drying the hair if it's a bit finer or thin I would say you use some aerated rollers, okay, so you would definitely blow dry the hair and then put the hair in a roller so it just stays and what that does, it stimulates the hair follicle to stand up and you would naturally get a little bit of volume and also be careful when you're drying with like, short hair or hair which is a little bit kind of got more layers. Use a 100% bristle brush, because we want to increase fuller, thicker hair.

Suzy: The supplements are fantastic. I really like them. They've become part of my daily routine.

Claudia: I have no problem taking the supplement. It's not difficult at all. Once you have taken the supplement you realize within four to six weeks, the texture of the hair change.

Suzy: The elixir is brilliant. Just a drop or two in my hair. It completely changes the texture, like it goes from a frizz to a nice sleek hairdo, so both of them they're very easy to incorporate in your life.

Maria: I'm losing my hair a lot less than I used to do before.

Katja: I do feel a bit more positive about my hair, but what really brought it home to me, went I went to visit my mom and met with my old friends, they all commented on my hair without me asking them. That was really nice.

Suzy: If I just put my hands through, I can feel like sparkly little hairs coming through and the shedding has stopped. Not completely, but it's better. There's no hair on my pillow anymore.

Katja: In next three months I'm hoping to notice more new growth of hair, which just started last few weeks, I think and it's noticeable on my temples.

Maria: When I came today here, I really ... My main aim was to know how to style my hair and Errol has given me a lot of tips and advices and the style he gave me, I'm delighted.

Suzy: I'm very happy about what Errol has done with my hair. It's given me a new, given me a new confidence. It feels lighter. It feel like it's a new me going forward. The new me. The new positive me. The new hairier me.

Errol: We've had a great day styling our Voices women today. We've had four very individual women and we've brought out four individual amazing haircuts, so today for me has been an incredible success.
