14:48 but I must admit I needed to make some modifications. Those pushups nearly killed me and by the second round I was rolling to the other side. Can't wait to see my strength and endurance improve in 2014!

So essentially throughout this workout you/we would be doing: 20 Manmakers 40 Twisted Push-ups 80 Low-Burpy Hops and... 100 Competition Sit-Ups Holy shit, lol!
Thank you very much I was able to keep up with you, I will look forward to beat the time in about a month. I do want to admit some of the push ups I want to improve lol made my arms Spaghetti it does not help that I am around 210 pounds and 5'9" lol.
