Dahn Yoga is a practice learned through experience, rather than learning knowledge. However, there are some key concepts that will help practitioners understand how Dahn Yoga differs from other exercise programs. I think Dr. Sung Lee made a very good point about that. He mentions that Dahn Yoga is Brain Education. Dahn Yoga helps to you to develop the full potential of your brain and to actually tap into power of healing. So this is a little bit different from some of other forms of yoga. It is really focused on how to use your brain well.
