Fix 4 The Day was at CrossFit Greensboro's Garage Games in January 2012 to watch Michelle Crawford kill it on the max overhead squat and double unders WOD. The overhead squat is an advanced CrossFit exercise requiring total body strength, shoulder mobility, and core stability. Michelle maintains excellent form and control in the overhead squat She then moves on to double unders and while Michelle makes them look easy, double unders are a great source of frustration for many CrossFitters. In a double under, the jump rope makes 2 passes under the feet per one jump. It requires coordination, stamina, and speed. And much patience in the learning process, according to many CrossFitters. The key to double unders is not the height of the jump, but the quickness of the wrists in turning the rope. Good Ass Work, Michelle, and we look forward to seeing more of her amazing athleticism in the CrossFit Open this year.
