People are attached to technology now more than ever. A new study has revealed gadgets and the Internet can be as addictive as drugs. The need to stay connected goes beyond the office and home.

79% of respondents to an AmEx survey said they check email while on holiday Now hotels are starting to offer "digital detox" programs to help vacationers kick the habit.
