Today's video revolves around a twist to our excite price system and the accelerator offer.
I spent some time with a very successful real estate agent from Phoenix about two weeks ago. She hovers around 100 short sales in her pipeline at any given time. I am all ears when talking with someone like that.
She presented some perspective around multiple offers that I thought not only interesting but potentially valuable.
