-Couple Days Later-

I sat on the beach, just looking out into the water. I missed him. I missed him terribly. I just wanted to cry, and break down. Just let everything out. It's only been a couple of days. I don't know how I was going to make it 8 months.

I was layed out on my couch, staring at the ceiling. I played with the ring on my finger. I was just wishing he would call. Call and ask how I was doing. Call and tell me he mis-. 'Biiinggg' I jumped up, and looked at my phone. I smiled at the name. Justin. I leaned back against the couch, and clicked the 'answer' button.

"Hey baby." He said. I could tell he was smiling that I answered.
"What are you doing?"
"Missing you.."
"Aww.. baby I'll be home before you know it."
"I know, it's just.. I miss you too much to wait that long." He chuckled, and I smiled.
"Well don't worry. I miss you so so much."
"That's good to know.." I joked with him. He laughed. Man, how I missed that laugh.
"Well, I gotta go. But I'll call you tonight." He said.
"Okay, I love you."
"I love you too baby."
"Bye." I whispered.
"Bye." I smiled, and placed my phone next to me on the couch. I was feeling a little better that he had called me. I jumped out of my thoughts when I heard a knock, and the doorbell ring. I walked over to the door, and opened it to find my bestest friend ever, Brenna.

"Hey hun." She said, walking in and hugging me. I smiled, and hugged back.
"Hey." I said, pulling away. I led her to the couch, and sat down. She sat down next to me.
"How are you?" She asked. Probably wanted to know about Justin.
"I'm hangin in there." I said, fiddeling with my fingers.
"Don't worry, he'll be back before you know it."
"Everyone says that. It's just hard to believe when people keep telling you it. It just seems like it's longer now."
She sighed, and leaned her head back.
"How about we get your mind off of things?"
"Sure." I shrugged.
"How does the mall sound?" I smiled. She knew that the mall could get my mind off of anything.
"Kay," She smiled. "Let's goo." I jumped up, and slid on my flip flops, and out to my car. To the mall it is!
