L is for Laser - An exhibit of interactive, kinetic laser art
L is for Laser is a collection of five installations of kinetic laser art with central themes of alphabetics, wordplay, language and typography. Containing interactive elements, its pure color and kinetic patterns of swirling laser projections are an interesting mix of art and technology.
The laser projectors are built into lunchboxen, and the show has an interactive element driven by a Kinect system.
Music is from the CD "Music for Lasers" by Ken Kozora
The show is at the Alden B. Dow Museum of Science and Art in Midland, MI, and runs through December 22.
