This ride guarantees maximum calorie burning while improving high end endurance. Long, lactate tolerance intervals creates a challenge to keep a steady hard, consistent intensity. First interval is 8 minutes, then 7, 6 and 5. The intervals alternate between hills and fast flats. Mega sweat is a promise!
