God, this is beautiful.
Forgive me for ever saying that I don't like slow songs.

Anyway, woot, rasenngann (which is the producer of this song) makes a comeback! This is his first song in 5 months after releasing awesome IA songs pretty regularly. Check out more of his works which are just as amazing:

Also, some explanation about the title translation!
The second part of the title is "Sekai" which means "World", while the first part can mean "Incompetence". The first part could also be the katakana version of the kanji 能無, which means "No talent"/"there is no talent", so I went with "talentless". "World Without Talent" could also work I guess.
