1. If you're not 'feeling it' in your love handles then you need to re-watch or watch the entire video again to see the best way to do this exercise to get rid of your love handles. SEE Number 4.

2. You don't have to have chairs. You can use 3 boxes if you have to as long as it is something you can sit on then something behind you that you can place the cards on. You can also simply use ONE chair and have a long bench placed behind you to get the same great love handle workout.

3. You also don't have to have a deck of card. You can just twist without the cards, you can go thru a stack of post it notes or any smaller objects where you have to continually twist will work fine for this exercise.

4. Watch the video but ONLY MOVE your waist, hips, knee, feet and then arm with the card at the end. PLEASE RE-Watch and do it along with the video over & over IF YOU"RE not feeling it in your love handles to get the full results you want. Don't get in the habit of moving your head.

5. Do the entire 10 minute love handle workout here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tCVQCX... or you can basically start off by going thru an entire deck of cards on your own or even just half a deck if a full deck is too hard for you at first. It usually takes up to 10 minutes to go thru an entire deck once which is basically 26 reps on each side.
