Coconut Curry Popcorn
1 tbsp coconut oil 1 tbsp shredded coconut, toasted 1 tsp curry powder ½ tsp ground ginger 1 lime, zested and juiced fresh coriander, chopped salt to taste
Peanut Butter Caramel Corn
½ cup honey ¼ cup sugar ½ cup natural peanut butter ½ tsp salt
In a small saucepan, heat honey and sugar over medium-high heat until sugar is dissolved completely. Turn off heat, add peanut butter and stir until the mixture is well-combined. Pour over popcorn and stir well until popcorn is coated. ***The caramel will begin to harden right away so be sure to wash your pot and utensils immediately. Enjoy!
