Well-Tuned Words (Amanda Sidebottom, soprano; Erik Ryding, lute) performs "Wilt Thou, Unkind, Thus Reave Me," from John Dowland's First Book of Songs or Ayres (1597). Live performance in the Grand Salon of The American University of Paris, October 29, 2012. The marvelous painted ceiling, shown at the beginning of the video and glimpsed at the end, has as its theme the works of Hector Berlioz, who is also depicted amid the clouds on high.
