The NAACP actually sued us over the issue of abortion, because we dared to call them out. We parodied the pro-abortion group's name, calling them the National Association for the Abortion of Colored People. They sued for trademark infringement trying to deny us our First Amendment rights. And...they lost! See http://www.theradiancefoundation.org/...
The nation's oldest civil rights organization adopted a pro-abortion policy in February 2004 and has defended abortion and Planned Parenthood, ferociously, ever since. In this clip, NAACP Chairman Julian Bond speaks at the largest abortion rally in DC which was a protest against the passage of The Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act of 2003. He also keynoted at abortion group NARAL's (National Abortion Rights Action League now known as just NARAL ProChoice America...redundant) annual fundraising gala to bizarrely boast of the high rate of abortion among black women (5x higher than white women). #CivilRights#Fail
