Patient 2 presented with a 54-months history of progressive cerebellar and brainstem syndrome of unknown origin including dizziness and imbalance of gait, horizontal gaze palsy with double vision, dysarthria as well as ataxia and dysmetria of the trunk and legs beginning at the age of 23 years. SARA score was 25/40 at 54 months after disease onset.
