On March 2, 2012, Lew Nescott Jr., founder of TradeFlow21, a Hamden-based international trade promotion group that focuses on the greater Middle East market, delivered the lecture, "The Information War: Insights from Southern Afghanistan."
TradeFlow21 promotes commerce and investment between U.S. commercial firms and partners abroad through a variety of services such as aggregation of business news, sponsorship of special events, and via custom business and market intelligence designed for companies interested in accessing new markets. The company engages in broadening the relationship between Connecticut-based businesses and the Middle East, the latter which is comprised of some of the strongest emerging economies in the world.
The event was sponsored by the International Business Department in the School of Business and the International Business Society at Quinnipiac University.
