Remilia Scarlet, the vampire that can control one's fate. Some speculate that she used this power to make Sakuya work for her and make her kinder to others. She's a spoiled brat though. She's the owner of the Scarlet Devil Mansion and caused the Scarlet Mist incident because she wanted to be outside both night and day. But Reimu and Marisa solved the incident soon enough. Now she goes outside wielding a parasol to block the sun's rays. She visits Reimu in the shrine often. Remilia is also an avid drinker of blood tea.
