Greg Knoll is the most interesting mortgage man in the world. His reputation is expanding faster than the deficit. He switches freely between fixed and adjustable rates. He once did a loan in Mandarin Chinese, just to see how it would feel. The Fed Chairman calls him, to set the rate. He scores so many points on his own, he doesn't need to pass extra ones to his clients. Underwriters flat out refuse to deny him. He once taught an appraiser to bark in Spanish. He is the most interesting mortgage man in the world.
