BBQ SAUCE ½ cup bacon diced Apple diced 2 stalks of celery diced 2 carrots diced 1 large piece of ginger minced 2 pieces of chipotle pepper 2 cups orange juice 3 cups pineapple juice 3 cups tomato juice 1 cup apple juice ⅓ cup worcestershire sauce 1 cup cider vinegar 2/3 cups molasses 2 pc cinnamon 1 tablespoon coriander soy sauce and salt to taste
Sweat bacon and all vegetables, add the spices and the liquids and reduce to sauce consistency.
