Hi there. It's Lara Fernandez and it's Q&A Thursday. Glad to see you here. So there's been a lot of conversation this week about Whitney Houston's death and I just wanted to speak to that for a moment. I've been hearing conversation about the governor of New Jersey. New Jersey is where Whitney was born and got her start in her singing career, and the governor of New Jersey ordered that the flags in all the government and state buildings be flown at half-mast just to honor Whitney's passing. There was a lot of flak given to that governor for doing that, and just saying that it somehow takes away from the servicemen who've passed on whenever they do that, and this is what I want to say:That mindset of giving the governor flack for putting the flags at half-mast is really about separation. It's about separating ourselves, and this is what I want to ask you, and this is what I want to put out there into the conversation about, how can we actually flow more love in the world?

How can we actually show some compassion for all involved - for everybody, for Whitney Houston, for the governor of New Jersey, and for, yes, the people who think that that's somehow wrong to fly the flags at half-mast? So, this is what I'm going to ask you? How can you have more compassion for yourself? I don’t know everything about Whitney. I do know that she was an amazing talent with a beautiful voice, and seemed to have it all from the outside looking in. Her whole persona was one of beauty and talent and having so much together. So, my heart goes out to her and her family.

What I know is that she struggled with addictions, and I know so many people - I have so many people who do, and who have. So let's show ourselves some compassion. Let's start to ask ourselves, how can we be more connected instead of how can we separate ourselves from one another? That's the question I think that, maybe, in the conversations that we are having about Whitney in the days to come, maybe we could ask ourselves that. How can we have more compassion, not only for Whitney and for her family and for all that she left behind, but for ourselves?

I know that self-love... it just begins with asking powerful questions and one of them is, how can I show myself some more love today? I also know that a lack of self-love really, actually, comes from a set of beliefs. Beliefs that aren’t really true. Beliefs that really, actually, don’t serve you, and there's a whole bunch of beliefs about relationships, about ourselves, and about men.

So, on that note, I would like to also just mention that Johnny and I are just so excited about our four-part video series - a free four-part video series where we are interviewing amazing men of quality, and we're so excited about that. So, we just want to invite you to join us for that interview series. The videos will be showing up soon in your inbox if you opt in. So, there is a link to www.MenOfQualityDoExist.com. There is a link below there that you can click on and you can go to and you can opt in to receive those videos as our gift to you, because this is what Johnny and I want to do.
We want to support you in shifting those beliefs that do not serve you in attracting the love and the life of your dreams. In honor of Whitney this week, I really want to take a stand for you loving yourself more. Loving yourself so much that you can be an attractor for everything you've always desired. So, with that said, I'm signing off. Hey, if you have a comment please comment below and if you have a question for me for future Q&A Thursdays please email me at Lara@lifelaunchtraining.com. I welcome your questions, and hey, if you like this video please like it and share it and tweet it and all of that stuff - put it on the social media, I appreciate it, and until next week, God bless you.
