At Oliver Healthcare Packaging, it is critical that our quality system is world-class, continuously improving, and highly responsive. It is something we are all passionate about, and we strive to not only comply with industry regulations, but to raise the bar. Hear from our VP of Global Quality for more - watch this short video.
SPEAKER 1: Because we're in the healthcare market, we are most concerned about patient safety. Everything we do has to be about a high-quality product that ensures the patient is always safe.
SPEAKER 2: I think part of a good quality system is a continuous improvement program. It's extremely important that any of your test methods and, or procedures that you use, have been challenged and proven to be repeatable and reproducible. As you move across different shifts and different sites, you want to assure a high confidence level that you've developed the best method, to catch any problems and to improve and streamline the process.
SPEAKER 3: Here at Oliver, we're expanding our certified clean rooms by twenty-five percent, going all the way down to ISO 5 for our most demanding health care segments. We understand the needs for cleanliness and quality. We're continuing to invest in visions systems and making sure that we continue to address and improve on particulate as well as quality related defects that some of our customers might be faced with.
SPEAKER 2: We have a very extensive CAPA (Corrective And Preventative Action) system here. And if we are notified that there is an issue with one of our customers, it's basically, the red light goes off and it's all hands on deck to assist that customer. It's very easy to meet a standard, but to truly exceed it and understand the impact of it, to make sure that your system is flexible, to meet the many different medical device manufacturer's quality requirements is very important. We're not asking our customers to change for us. We're growing with our customers to become better together.
