Hi guys, My another video how to solve some issues with your blackberry!
i had this issues:
1.didn't startup. it was loading like 30% (when i turn it on, red light was blinking, then blackberry logo appear with loading bar) then restarts and begin to loading again.
2.it had a security code, i didnt know the code :)it was a corporate phone
3.it has a it policy on it, i couldn't disable security code
you will need : latest os for your phone, check blackberry site for download, usb cable, desktop software, ok, so what i did :
1) i reloaded os. firs i had problems, because it has security code,so for that you will have to input the wrong code 10 times, this will erase your phone.
first install desktop software for BB, then install latest os for your phone.,
connect your phone to computer (close the desktop software), go to (on your computer) disk c/ program files (on 64 bit windows "program files(x86)")/ common files/ research in motion/ AppLoader. then run the apploader.exe. if the software recognize your phone just click next, (if phone is locked, input wrong code as i mentioned before, if after imputing this wrong code the program will close, open it once again and it should work) , then you chose what you want to instal and software will reload you OS. in case if apploaer don't see you phone then you will have to remove battery , open apploader ,connect your phone andvery quick press next, then it should proceed to next step(for more info check in Google).
So now you have a working blackberry, but if you have it policy in it you will be limited in some functions. to remove this there are a couple of methods. you can use JL_Cmder, ( download it - google,)install it an run, follow instructions, then just chose (5-th option) resetfacory. for me this one didn't work. what i did: Connect the smartphone to the computer/Close BlackBerry Desktop Software for PC if it is open/From the Start menu, click Programs/ Accessories/Command Prompt,If you are using Windows® Vista™ or Windows® 7, you might need to right-click the Command Prompt application and choose "Run as Administrator"/cd "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Apploader" - for 64bit windows cd "C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\Apploader"
/Type loader.exe /resettofactory, now enter your blackberry password if it prompt.
Hope this will help you! ,for any questions please leave a comment.
